Spiritual PhytoEssencing (SPE), the art of deep soul-level work with customized essential oil blends and gemstone essences includes the in-depth study of specific essential oils and gemstone essences, blend formulation, case-study analysis work, and more.

In SPE, the window of knowing of thinking dominates the formulation process of a blend. However, once the blend has been formulated and you sit down to actually prepare it, thinking takes a backseat to the windows of knowing of feeling and connection to spirit. Every drop of oil you add to the blend is guided by feeling, which, in turn, is intertwined with connection to spirit via the higher levels of your soul.

I began developing the art of SPE in the 1990s. SPE is actually the psychospiritual counterpart of my Natural Health Science System. Ideally, the two systems are used in concert. They are completely interactive and I often integrate the techniques of both systems to create powerful therapeutic protocols.

In today’s newsletter, is a free 1-hour lecture. It's ostensibly about White Cloud essential oil which is commonly referred to as Kunzea essential oil. However, we move into a lot of different territories that are very important in this day and age including the immune system and the vital force that protects you, referred to as Wei Chi in Chinese medicine.

In Spiritual PhytoEssencing, we use the common name White Cloud for Kunzea ambigua, a small tree of shrub indigenous to Australia. It was named Kunzea in honor of a 19th century German naturalist named Kunze. I find no useful information about the inner nature of an essential oil can be mined by referring to a plant by the name of a particular human being. It seems to me the practice of naming plant species after someone at a whim to be typical of the conceit, insensitivity and tunnel vision that Western science is unfortunately prone to. On the other hand, the common name White Cloud (so named because of the appearance of its flowers) is a starting point for revealing a great deal of information about the inner nature of the oil that would otherwise be missed by calling the plant by the name of someone that most 21st century individuals have never heard of.

Here in part one, we explore the general orientation about White Cloud oil via an interpretation of the plant’s signatures. We also discuss the emotional symptom picture of White Cloud essential oil and explains how, typologically, in the case of the White Cloud individual, these symptoms are, at least in part, the product of shallow or otherwise irregular breathing and deficiency, excess or stagnation of the flow of chi (vital force) along the Lung acupoint meridian.

In addition to the material already presented, that chapter will include sections on White Cloud’s miasm and Tree of Life vessel associations, as well as its synchronicity with the gemstone Tanzanite, its specificity for the aspect of Wei Chi, that protects the mind/body organism from invasive pathogens and negative energies, and further understanding of the oil’s inner nature via an exploration of the mystical meaning of clouds.
