Hello Everyone,
We just had the first class since the summer break yesterday. The focus was on one of the lesser known essential oils Inula graveolens.

I have been drawn to this oil for many years. One of the primary reasons for that is, as mundane as this may sound, its name. The name has a pleasing, almost musical quality.
I had been intending to write a SPE Materia Medica/Spiritualis chapter for this oil for a long time and have finally done so.
The Inula graveolens chapter is one of the twelve chapters in my upcoming book Berkowsky’s Keynotes Guide to 12 Lesser Known Essential Oils: Physical and Psychospiritual Healing Perspectives. The book will be available in early 2027.
Inula graveolens is a very potent respiratory oil, especially for conditions characterized by mucus congestion. It is very useful for anxiety related to shallow or compromised breathing
From a Chinese medicine perspective, the oil is a specific for the Lung and Spleen meridians.
It is an important healing oil on a psychospiritual level as well. Two of its central themes revolve around conflicted inner identity and being unfairly judged and mischaracterized by others.
The scent of the oil is pleasant, sweet, herbaceous, camphoraceous; clean and fresh with subtle floral or chamomile notes.
In the class, I discussed the oil in-depth from both physical and psychospiritual healing perspectives. I think, like me, you will find Inula graveolens to be a compelling oil on multiple levels.
The class is available to all members of NHSS/SPE Membership Program in the Member Zone.
Molecular Hydrogen Syngergists Webinar

I will be presenting a live, 2-hour webinar on Saturday, October 3rd. Recording will be shared with members and all registrants. Registration fee is waived for all Members.
I will be discussing molecular hydrogen inhalation therapy (molecular hydrogen is a powerful antioxidant/anti-inflammatory substance shown by research to be beneficial for the health of the lungs, cardiovascular system, brain, immune system and more) and its synergies with: a unique essential oil blend that I have formulated and have named the SPE Molecular Hydrogen Synergy Blend (very easy to blend, yet very pleasing scent); diffused and inhaled while taking molecular hydrogen therapy); Nitric Oxide (I will be providing instructions for making an herbal/nutritional powder formula I have designed that you can make yourself at home that enhances nitric oxide production in the body); Glutathione, one of the body’s master anti-aging antioxidants and how to enhance its production using the amino acids N’ acetyl cysteine and l-glycine; Molecular Hydrogen/Herbal and Nutritional Synergies for enhancing the Brain’s Cognitive Functions and preventing cognitive decline (discussion will focus on Alpha-GPC; Bacopa; Gingko biloba and Lion’s Mane mushroom).
These are all unique topics, which, as far as I know, I am the first one to present and fully elaborate upon. You will not find discussions of these synergies anywhere else.
Remember, this information-packed webinar is free to Members. Sid from PEMF-devices.com recently sent out the registration link to the Members list. Perhaps I will see you there.
Shalom,
Dr. Berkowsky

High Power Laser Acupuncture – 3 Hours Training Class by Dr. Berkowsky

The focus of the lecture is the home use of the Hi-Tech AcuLaser Pro 500 Acupuncture Pen. This device has tremendous healing potential when applied skillfully. Over the course of a few months, I have developed some very unique, easy-to-do protocols wherein I have adapted aspects of the NHSS and SPE to this laser acupuncture device.
Berkowsky’s Synthesis Materia Medica/Spiritualis of Essential Oils

Berkowsky’s Synthesis Materia Medica/Spiritualis Of Essential Oils consists of 120+ chapters, covering 120+ different essential oils. Individual chapters are also available.
Featured Hydrogen Therapy Systems
We hope you enjoy this collection of hydro\gen therapy systems.

The Basic (225 ml/min), Ultra (900 and 1500) and the H2 + O2 Ultra 3000 are perfect for hydrogen and oxyhydrogen inhalation and making Hydrogen-rich water.
These hydrogen inhalers are easy to use and can be used at any bed-side, desk or clinic. You only need distilled water and electricity to generate the gas. My wife and I currently use the 3000 system.
Considering an average weighted person (140 lbs) inhales 6 litres or 6000 ml/min of air, the maximum supplemental dosage of H2 would be 2.5%, 10%, 16%, 33% with these systems. The Ultra and Max series have gas output control so it’s possible to ramp up usage. Higher doses will have deeper action and faster results, ramping up the dosage may be needed to acclimatize, although many are able to appreciate high-doses in the first try as well. The Basic is a good choice to try hydrogen inhalation for the first time and at a low cost.
If you register for the Molecular Hydrogen Synergists webinar, you’ll receive a 10 pc off from PEMF-devices.com.
